
Ingredients
3 large chicken breasts boiled or 1 rotisserie chicken shredded
2 T butter
4 cloves garlic
1 medium onion chopped
4 celery stalks chopped
4 carrots chopped
3 32 oz boxes of chicken broth
1/2 – 3/4 box Jovial Gluten Free Egg Tagliatelle (I find them at Fred Meyer or online)
Saute’ the garlic, onion and celery in butter. As it is cooking pour the broth into the stock pot and add the chopped carrots, bringing it to a boil. Boil for 10 minutes and turn the heat to medium adding the garlic, onion and celery. Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes and add Jovial Gluten
Free Egg Tagliatelle. Cook for another 7-10 minutes checking noodles for doneness. Add cooked chicken and serve immediately.
